We at Taylor Roesch Garage Storage Solutions, Inc. take our responsibilities toward our customers very seriously. Each and every job is important to us, regardless of size, economic status, or any other factors, the customers are treated with respect and honesty. It's important to us that when we complete a job that our customers are 100% happy with the products and the services they have received! Customers are treated in a helpful and courteous manner at all times. And just to be sure we are keeping our customers happy; we follow up each installation with a customer satisfaction survey. We strive to improve our business every day, and the best way to do that is to hear from our customers!

RESPONSIVENESS & RELIABILITY:
We respond to our customers needs in a timely manner! When you call us a real live person answers the phone, from 8am-5pm, Monday-through Friday, and we have an after hours and weekend line that you may reach us at! We are happy to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have & set up estimate and/or installation appointments with you. (If of our lines happen to be busy when you call, simply leave us a message and we promise we will return your call promptly!)

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
We believe in both participating in and giving back to our community. Even though we are a growing business, we like to give as much as we can now, rather than waiting until it is more comfortable. It is part of who we are and our budget, not just something we do if we have extra.
